The gear type Digital Automatic Toroid Winding Machines (SS300 series )adopt precise digital toroid controller and the strong winding gear wheel. The gear wheel drives winding shuttle to run. They are accurately and reliability digital automatic toroid-winding machines. They are named thick wire big toroidal choke winding machine also. They are used for winding thick wire big toroidal inductor, thick wire toroidal transformer, thick wire toroidal current transformer, thick wire toroidal coils, toroid power inductors, toroid power magnetics, thick wire toroid UPS inductor, heavy wire toroid converter inductors, winding the heavy wire on the big toroidal core,etc. .
Features:
1. Collocate the gear type winding head, The gear wheel drive winding shuttle to wind heavy wire, and interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different dimensions coils and different wires, turns, so that to reduce the cost. one set standard automatic toroid coil winding machne include one PCS winding shuttle only, other sizes winding shuttles are optional.
