This multifunction tinning machine can load products, dip soldering fluxes, tin products, control tinning temperature, control tinning time, tinning angle and depth, down load the products without operator. Take the soldering components to be an angle before its pins be inserted(dipped) into the liquid solder. The dipping (tinning) angle, dipping depth, dipping time, dipping temperature are programmable easily by user. This solder tinning machine is named transformer pin solder tinning robot and CNC soldering production line also. This digital fully automatic tinnig machine is best choice for soldering transformer inductor, choke coil, relay, contactor, wire terminal, electronic components and coils without operator.
