This instrument measures the number of turns of various types of coils. Thanks to its precision sensor and an advanced 24-bit A/D circuit, it offers high accuracy, powerful functions, low sensitivity to coil shape and geometry, reliable operation and ease of use. No adjustment or calibration is required during measurement; the precise measured value of the coil under test can be read directly from the instrument. SS7022/23/24/25 Coil Turns Tester

Performance Features

This series of instruments measures the number of turns of various types of coils. They are equipped with highly practical communication and sorting interfaces, facilitating secondary development and automated control.

SS7022: resolution and stability can reach 0.05% (mainly for high-turn-count transformer coils).

SS7023: the internal resistance of the coil under test can be as high as 200 kΩ (mainly for high-resistance coils).

SS7024: adds DC low-resistance measurement (range: 0.2-200 kΩ, accuracy: 0.2%, display range: 0.00001 Ω-200 kΩ).

SS7025: adds multi-winding measurement (up to 16 windings, fast speed; in fast mode, the average per winding is approximately less than 0.2 s)
