The coil winding impulse surge tester (SS6815 / SS6815F) are used for testing and check the insulation quality grade of turns between turns, layers between layers, windings between windings. This winding impulse tester is named turn to turn insulation tester, coil to coil insulation tester, winding to winding insulation tester and layer to layer insulation tester also. This impulse winding tester is used widely for check the wire insulation quality grade of the transformer, current sensor, voltage sensor, relay, contactor, inductor, motor, generator, valve coil,voice coil, etc.. User need set up the tesing impulse voltage according to the technical requirments of theirs gold coil sample first, then to test the gold coil sample by the self-learning of tester and save the testing result. So this tester saved the testing standard specifications of this gold coil sample. It will judge automatically when test the same model coils. And display the tesing result by wave and PASS or FAIL. This tester will output an alarm and display FAIL when it detect the insulation broken or shorted of some turns.
