Description :

The (SS-RFAC01) is one cam type precise programmable fully automatic round flat wire standing layout air coil winding machine winding robot WITHOUT operator. This winding machine is called fully automatic flat round wire air coil winding machinery too. This winding and stripping robot is used for winding the round and flat wire air coils and spring coils without operator. This winding robot can bend and strip the wire terminals (pins) of coil automatically. But some special shape of pins can not bend by it. Can not strip the flat wire.

1. Adopting the latest manufacturing technology. servo peeling is more stable, avoided the phenomenon of wire breakage and movement.
2. Optimized mechanical structure designing, adopts Japanese THK brand guiding rail, China Taiwan TBI brand screw bar, Japanese NSK brand bearings, and the gears adopt high-precision grinding gears. The overall mechanical performance and service life of the machine are improved, and repeated positioning tolerance are further reduced.
