This SS1320 DC overlap current source (DC Bias source) is a micro-processing control, automatic and programmable overlap current source. This direct bias current source is used for analysing the ferrite core and iron core characteristics in inductor for quality inspection and product feature analysis.

Description :

The SS1320 DC overlap current source (DC Bias source) is a micro-processing control, automatic and programmable overlap current source. It can provide high-precision, fast and reliable measurement at high cost performance; it can be connected to a PC through the IEE488 interface; the Handler interface provides conditions for automated measurement and remote control; the storage of setting data provides convenient conditions for the next test. The SS1320 Bias Current Source output can be controlled by automatic transformer tester within LCR METER ( model : SS3302, SS3252) directly. The SS1320S connected externally can output current up to 100A. The bias current scan frequency triggered automatically or manually can analyze the ferrite core and iron core characteristics in inductor for quality inspection and product feature analysis. This current source is named direct bias current supply also. They are the best measurement instruments combination for inductor test.

Features :

1),Using microprocessor control, fast and reliable. 16*2 LCD text display.

2),DC: -20A ~20A current output, 100A extendable when linked with SS1320S. If user need the current to be more than 20A that need buy more units SS1320S source to connect in parallel. One unit SS1320S only can output 20A, Must use 1 unit SS1320 and 4 units SS1320S to connect in parallel if user need 100A current output.

3),Forward and reverse current switchable.

4),Multi-point automatic or manual current scanning (2-21 points), characteristic analysis of iron core and ferrite core in inductor.

5),Frequency response : 20Hz ~ 1MHz.

6),It can be connected with our automatic transformer tester within LCR METER (SS3302, SS3252) for current control and multi-point test value good and bad product judgment.
