The Hook type customized semiautomatic toroidal coil winding machine (SS200) is one simply semiautomatic winder. It adopts the strong nylon hook to wind the enamel wire. It be designed and made according to user's Max. wire diameter and Max. dimensions of finished toroidal coil. So that user can change the winding jigs(module) only when they want wind the small size toroid coils. The winding machine (SS200) is used for winding toroid coils of the very thick wire and very heavy wire with big toroid core of coil and can wind many pieces wires in parallel at same time on the toroid core. Like as some big power toroidal factor corrector inductor, toroid power inductors, UPS toroidal inductor, heavy wire toroid choke coils. The winding machine (SS200) also be named thick wire common mode power line winder, thick wire toroid common mode inductor winding machine, toroid voltage fall transformer winding machine. The toroid coil winding machine (SS200) can protect the wire insulation film in good.
