The porogramable automatic extra heavy toroidal coil winding machine (SS1001) adopts precise digital toroidal controller and a large scale strong winding shuttle. This winding machine is an accurately and reliability digital automatic strong toroid coil winding machine. This winding machine also be named electric system toroidal transformer winding machine and low voltage current transformer winding machine. It is used for winding the extra heavy big toroidal transformers with very thick wire, a large scale toroidal current transformer with thick wire, super big toroidal coil with thick wire,high voltage toroidal transformer, etc..
Features ：
1. Adopt the a large scale gear type winding head with strong winding shuttle to wind the thick enamel wire, and interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different dimensions coils and different wires,turns,so that to reduce the cost. one set standard automatic toroid coil winding machne include one PCS winding shuttle only, other sizes winding shuttles are optional.
2. High technical and a large scale strong shuttle for big toroid coil and thick wire by highest efficiency.
3. Separate speed controls for loading and winding.
4. Accurately count length of loading by limited-switch.
5. Accurately count turns of winding by photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable winding direction, winding returns range (Turns or Angle) and segment winding angle.
7. Accurately wire spacing by programmable controller and strong wire spreading motor by high power frequency converter.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 29 sets programs with off-power memory retention.
