The two axes programmable linear coil winding machine controller (SS200LWC) is a precise digital type programmable linear coil winding machine controlling system. This controller can drive the DC brush winding spindle motor, DC brushless winding spindle winding motor and wire spreading step motor directly without connect the external motor drivers. This controller can connect the external motor drivers also for some big power requirments. This precise winding controlling system be used for widely for the linear coils winding system. Like as : The electric electronic wire coil winding machine, textile yarn thread winding machine, wire rewinding machine, wire rerolling machine and wire recoiling machine, etc. .
Feature :
1. Microprocessor design, easy for program-setting.
2. Stepper motor driven by constant-current power supply, high spreading Speed precise winding.
3. " Start Point " could set by key panel or with teachable function. Display will show the position of wire spreading head while setting.
4. Can drive the DC brush winding spindle motor, DC brushless winding spindle winding motor and wire spreading step motor directly without connect the external motor drivers.
5. Can connect the external motor drivers also for some big power motors requirments, Can connect and controll the AC frequency converting driver so that connect the big power AC winding motor.
6. Foot-switch connection for better efficiency.
