SanShineDescription of SS601V Automatic Big Speaker Voice Coil Winding Machine:
SS601V Automatic Big Speaker Voice Coil Winding Machine is a CNC digital programmable front‑type coil winding machine upgraded from the SS600V model. Different from the side‑mounted spindle of SS600V, it adopts front‑mounted spindle structure which places the winding position facing the operator for simpler operation of large‑size voice coils. It is also known as alcohol self‑bonding wire winding machine.
Equipped with a standard alcohol bath wire spreading head for alcohol self‑bonding enamelled wire, this machine is driven by a two‑phase constant‑current stepper motor to achieve fast spreading speed and accurate winding performance. Thanks to the front‑working layout, chucks, wire routes and coil fixtures are within direct sight. Operators can load and unload heavy large‑diameter bobbins from the front, monitor real‑time winding conditions to reduce defective products, and complete maintenance or production‑line integration conveniently.
The start point can be set via key panel or teachable function with real‑time position display. Ceramic wire guides prevent wire enamel insulation from high‑temperature damage, and foot‑switch enhances working efficiency. Independent parameter setup is supported for each winding step. It stores up to 999‑step parameters with off‑power memory retention. Insulation tape device is standard accessory; margin tape device and winding tensioner are optional to satisfy different production demands.
Application Scope
This machine is widely applied for mass production of subwoofer voice coils, horn voice coils, bass speaker voice coils and other large‑diameter audio voice coils with aluminum foil bobbins or Kapton bobbins in audio speaker manufacturing factories.
